at the christmas banquet at newsong today, the dj wouldn't play secular music. so, when the dancing crowd asked for hip-hop music, he put on some weird christian stuff. he told me aside that, "hey, christian hip-hop is better anyway." haha...yeah right, it's better. i'm sorry, christian music is great. i think christian music has come far and even exceeded in terms of alternative, rock, and pop. but, hip-hop? gimme a break. haha, no offense to this guy, but he's foolin himself. of course, when i was talkin to him, i nodded and agreed. i didn't wanna offend the dj and his music. so, we ended our dancing early and went to a friend's place. anyways, it felt weird having a dance on the same sanctuary we would be worshipping in two days.
